Client Privacy

WVCA abides by all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) privacy regulations (WVCA Privacy Statement). Children’s photos and names are used by Wyoming Valley Children’s Association ONLY IF written parental consent is obtained.

Fund Raising Privacy

All information concerning donors or prospective donors, including their names, addresses and telephone numbers, the names of their beneficiaries, the amount of their gift, etc. is kept strictly confidential by WVCA, its staff and Board of Directors unless permission is obtained from the donor to release such information.
